I accept two methods of payment:
1) Zelle (free to use with a bank account)
2) Credit or debit card (including FSA/HSA cards)
*Credit/debit payments incur a 3% surcharge ​

​Insurance

I provide monthly statements to submit to your insurance provider to obtain out-of-network reimbursement. Many patients receive significant reimbursements for their psychotherapy. The amount of reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan.

Here are some basic questions you can ask your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits:
1. Do I have out of network mental (behavioral) health benefits?
​2. Do I have an out-of-network deductible that must be met before I get reimbursed?

• If so, has any portion of this deductible been covered already this year?

3. What is my co-insurance rate? This is the percentage of the session fee you are responsible for.
4. What is the usual and customary rate covered by my insurance plan for outpatient psychotherapy?
